  1. You sound so happy. Congrats!
  2. Bready things can be sliders. You know now for next time to go for the protein shake.
  3. I know. I really want to tell my friends and family about my sleeve, but I haven't lost more than 20 lbs in a month and a half. Some people lose that in two weeks, and I don't want them to think I am failing. However, as long as the scale keeps moving in the right direction I will try to stay positive.
  4. That's amazing! You are working that sleeve. Congrats!
  5. Wow, the change is just astounding. Congrats on the awesome 6 months!
  6. Wow, that's amazing. Rock it!
  7. Aw, you will get back there. I am so sorry. Life happens, but you realized there is a problem and you can fix it.
  8. Yeah, I might have to start leaving when my boyfriend is eating. It is driving me crazy. It makes me not want to eat.
  9. Woohoo! I hope I have such an inspiring post when my two month date comes around. You are doing awesome!
  10. Ladies, I was sleeved September 1st too, and I stalled for two weeks. I've lost 22 lbs to date and I have NEVER lost that much in less than a month and a half. Stalls are inevitable for some, but you will get through it. The scale will move again. Just follow your Dr.'s plan.
  11. I was sleeved literally 1 day before you and I drop 17 lbs in 2 weeks then stalled for 3 and a half weeks also. However, I just started losing weight again 4 days ago. I have dropped pretty much a lb a day. This does happen. Some of us experience stalls earlier or more often than others. Just follow your doctor's plan and the scale will move again. Have you been getting enough protein? Water? Exercise?
  12. I do the orange/tangerine flavored multivitamin and iron from celebrate. I can only handle the orange flavored and that has to be with food. Also, I do the milk chocolate viactiv calcium chews. They are super cheap and only have 3g of carbs per chew.
  13. You look great! I love seeing progress pics. They are such motivation!
  14. It will get better. We just gotta stick to the plan. I will be keeping you in my thoughts!
  15. That's awesome. I hope I can do the same next year at the Disney Half Marathon. That is such an amazing NSV. Congrats!
  16. Congrats! You look fabulous!
  17. That's awesome! I am so happy for you.
  18. It happens, BELIEVE ME. But the scale will move again. Just keep up with your Dr.'s plan. Also here is a helpful article that really helps explain stalls. http://www.dsfacts.com/weight-loss-stall-or-plateau.html
  19. You are glowing! Wow, what an amazing transformation.
  20. You're doing great! Keep it up! That is such a great milestone.
  21. Wow, two journeys. You look great, and I hope your new life in Atlanta is as fabulous as you are!
  22. That's awesome! You both look great!
  23. No, keep shouting it from the rooftops. That is awesome!
