Oh.... Dennis that's great about the weight loss and the fact your are getting all of your fluids and protein in soooo early on. It must have taken me a good month to do that. Congrats.

Yes, go back to your surgeon's office. YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN SO MUCH PAIN YOU CAN NOT WALK. I had my surgery the same day as yours and I've been back to work for 2 and half weeks. Something does not sound right. You need to go get it check out PRONTO.

Glad to see you back. I am soooo glad I didn't have any gas pains. I brought my Gas -X strips to the hospital fully expecting to use them for the gas, but no gas pains came. Hopefully the gas pains are better for you now. Good luck as you continue your journey.

I'm sooo sorry things are not turning out as you hoped. Have you call your doctor about the pain because I don't think you should be in so much pain you can't walk. The sunken left side of your side, I have that too. I think it will be OK after it heals. Best wishes baby girl.

Sawree. I can only imagine how hard it is for you. Maybe drink more water between dinner and bedtime or go for a walk. Just remember to keep telling yourself this so my liver can strink and my surgery is safer for me. That's what I'm going to tell myself when I'm on my pre-op diet.

Thanks for sharing your story Barbara. I love it when vets tell their stories, so they can help and inspire the newbies. I myself am 5 1/2 months out and I definitely can tell the difference in how much more I can eat from when I first had surgery. I still have about 50 or so pounds to lose before my one year surgerversary in Aug. Wish me luck!!!
Again Congratz and keep on keeping on!!! THE SLEEVE TOTALLY ROCKS :D :D :D .
