:biggrin0::laugh0:I started my journey in 6/8/2010 I weighed 500lbs. My surgery was 9/8/2010 I weighed 465 i'm down to 440 three weeks out I haven't

had any problems I also haven't had to take my diabetic medications.

    congratulation jarkin. i too haven't had any problems. my journey has been a great exspiriance. i was 265 june 1 2010 and was sleeved september 22 2010. i have lost 63 pounds including pre op loss. i am currently on soft food and will remain there for 8 weeks. keep up the great work. hope to see you on line in the chat room soon.
