1. If I ate that much I would gain weight.
2. Lifting could conceivably slow down your weight loss, but not your fat loss. If you lift long enough you will replace fat with muscle as long as you continue your good diet practices.
3. In my unprofessional opinion, yes.
4. Some of the bars tear my stomach up good so I avoid them. Others I like. The Payday one doesn't bother me but the Reeses cups are murderous on my innards. I bet it is the bars that are getting to you.
5. You SHOULD feel comfortable posting those great pics!
6. It takes me, and some others, 2-3 weeks for my stomach to settle down from a fill. That is why I am glad my doc only does them every two months.
7. Donna I am surely not an expert but one thing that stands out to me is you are eating a lot of carbs. If I ate that kind of food I would gain weight too. I know a lot of people don't watch carbs but everyone is different and maybe your body doesn't handle them well. I know mine doesn't. Just a thought.
8. I use My Fitness Pal on my PC and my Android phone.
9. This whole thread is TMI!
10. Remember, I can't send you any cash until you give me all of your banking info. I am pretty sure that is the way it works.
11. And all of this time I though I WAS hearing a duck through my speakers.
12. No me, yet. My biggest problem is a growling stomach.... which I suppose is gas maybe.
13. That is not unusual. Many on here have gone through the same thing. My insurance required three months from me which turned into about 4 months. Go ahead and get started it will go faster than you think.
14. Dang that is a lot of weight Steve. Are you at goal yet? Grats!!
15. Forty pounds is a lot. It is like a whole kid! I know how good you must feel already, so congrats. Bummer for me that I can't see your pics. All I get is this:
16. Sorry, I have a deal going with some chick from Gambia. She calls herself "carolinagirl" for some reason. Anyway she is going to deposit some money in my account after I send her my info. Or something like that..........doesn't matter......... I trust her cause she said I could.
17. I have a deal with my dog..... I will stop snoring if she will stop howling at coyotes. So far she hasn't taken me up on it.
18. I'm in big trouble then
19. It does for me.
20. I am very hypothyroid. On 200 of synthroid. My weight loss is slow but I figure that is my fault more than anything.
21. You can feel and sometimes see the port. The band itself, no.
22. Never heard of a fee either. Is that just a way for docs to milk you for more money?
23. 3 pounds in less than a month isn't bad. I think you are being to hard on yourself. Sounds like you are just on a plateau. Hang in there and things will turn around for you.
24. My doc made no comment about straws one way or the other.
