    Cereal!

Gah! I’m so excited about this I just had to share! I was browsing Pinterest last night and found a recipe for making cereal from a Quest bar! I adjusted the recipe to make in my air fryer. I took the temp down to 320° and checked it every 3 minutes instead of 4. Also skipped the parchment paper since the ‘cereal’ would be too light to properly weigh down the paper.

    Dieticians/nutritionists question

there’s such a big range of experiences with them it seems ... so far i’ve seen mine once pre-op before i had a date, and i see her three times in the first two months after but then she said i can’t see her after that. i’d really like someone who could be involved longer term including now, so like the idea of the ones that give you that option. At the same time i’d probably not like it if i was told i had to 😃 thanks for sharing some of your experiences

    Dieticians/nutritionists question

I saw mine once before surgery, had a phone conversation and have seen her twice post-op. She's available to me at no charge at any time.

    Any Pescatarians in here....

Some days I feel like I could, just because I struggle with eating meats slowly enough. My preferred source of protein is from dairy.

    My weight loss journey

My English isn't good if you don't understand anything tell me and I rephrase it [emoji28][emoji28] The hardest part was at the beginning to learn when to stop eating, because with less of 1 oz of food I was full and vomit if I eat a little more. The easiest is to buy clothes now🤣🤣🤣🤣. Well I think is not easiest part, but when you start to feel better, physically, your self esteem. My pre diabetes and my high blood pressure dissapeared, you feel better. I think people treat me the same, some think I make a good decision, others I feel are waiting me to fail. But I hope to have enough discipline to keep doing it well. You have your surgery done? Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
