  1. Hello guys, I am trying to establish a diet, I know that is a bad word here but it is what it is. I would like to understand what other people eat each day and are able to lose weight with. Please be as detailed as possible; -What you eat and in what order (recipes) -Quantities (cup/ounces) -When do you eat/how often I believe that if I lay something out that I know works for others I will be able to follow it. I will stop second guessing if I am satisfied or I am truly hungry. I will be able to get the band adjusted for these quantities (kind of a reverse engineering). If there are other threads on this then I appoligize but all I could find were recipes for wom…

This is definitely my candidate for the best joke of year: On the way to the office this morning, I rear-ended a car. Somehow I knew it was going to be a bad day. The driver got out of the other car, and he was a dwarf, poor guy. He looked at his dented car and then looked up at me and said 'I am not happy' I said, 'Well, which one are you then?' That's when the fight started...

Headed to the hospital tomorrow at 7am. By this time tomorrow I'll be one of the "Banded Bro's". Not really nervous about it at this point but it might hit me when they wheel me in. How were you guys feeling the first couple days after? My neighbor is having a Halloween party tomorrow night. Thinking there is no way I'll make it but maybe I won't feel as bad as I think I will.

Have any of you guys had plastic surgery yet? What are you considering having done or did you have done? Also was wondering how it is different from the ladies. I see a lot of talk about it in the other threads but not many men discussing it.

Guys - do any of you who have lost a lot of weight wear compression shirts? Between the sagging skin and the man boobs - I am feeling more self consious now than I did when my skin was taught and I was fatter. If any of you have experience with these - please let me know what brand, where you got it etc. If you got it online how did you decide what size to get. The last thing I want to do is order a bunch and have them not perform their intended purpose

Anyone banded and working on strength training? I'm about to start work with a coach, but he's very concerned about proper nutrition and Protein levels with the band. Any experiences with this?

Okay, maybe I shouldn't be posting here but my question is FOR men so I wanted to post TO men. I just bought a Bowflex and I don't have the slightest idea what to do with it. I don't know where to start. What the hell IS this thing? Help? Please? Suggestions, thoughts, ideas.. anything? Many women seem to do just cardio. While I don't want to be "man lumpy/bumpy" I do want to work on some target areas and all thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello to all, :help:I am new to this forum and I am curious if anyone else has had this problem. I take vitams, watch what I take in, and try to get 6-8 hours of sleep a night but I am still tired. I can't make it passed 2pm without nodding. What can i do? How do you guys get all of the info(BMI,weight loss) on your post?

I started walking prior to Surgery to get the blood flowing and continued after working my way up to 30 minutes a day... So I decided to wash my car one day and then it hit me... Light-Headed... I had to stop for a while and continue at a much slower pace. It took me 2 hours to complete the process... Why does this happen? I'm used to doing things and washing my car is a weekly chore that I had no problems with before surgery... Thanks, Nate 450+/423/393/280
