4cc in a 10cc band

I had an unfill over labor day due to complicatios. Today I got a "refill". I have 4cc in my 10cc lapband. I am going nuts on liquids. When I get "full" it's only for about an hour. I feel like I'm grazing!! What does your doctor say? How long on liquids? How long on mushies??

Thanks y'all!

My Doc tells me liquids for the day of fill, and then mushies on the second day. The truth is, I only do liquids on the first day and eat very, very light on the second. By day three, I usually eat normally. When I feel like I am "grazing", I drink milk or eat yogurt so I know at least I'm grazing healthy!

Day of fill: nothing but Water

Day 2 and 3: shakes only

Day 4 and 5: soft foods

Day 6: back to a real diet

When the fills weren't do anything, I used to mostly just skip ahead. However, the tighter I got, the more I was able to see the purpose of it. It's irritating to your stomach when you have a fill. Things are swollen and different and you want that to heal before you give your stomach a big job (like digesting).
