Introduction - Lap Band Rookie

Hi I am Jill, I am 32 years old with a BMI of about 31. I am heading to Mexico Friday for the band. I am nervous yet excited all at the same time. I would love any thoughts from the veterans out there. What tips do you have? What should I take with me to occupy my time or should I plan on sleeping a lot? Thanks!

    Hi Jill, I went to Mexico for my surgery also, that has been 3 yrs ago this month. You will most likely be there just over night. You'll be sleeping a lot. When your not sleeping you'll be walking. Good Luck!!!
