I can "fit" into quite a few different sizes! I am still wearing my before surgery pants, though I did have to get rid of 2 pr. My point is...I could pour, squish, squirm and tuck my way into my size 18 pants, 30 pounds lighter and I still wear them because they are baggy and comfortable, I don't have those awful pink indentation lines in my tummy after a day's work anymore! lol

I am 5'3 and currently 199 (happy to be in ONEderland)! :)

The mere thought of being able to shop in a store without a plus sized section is exciting and incredibly daunting at the same time. I literally do not ever remember shopping for myself at a place that didnt carry plus sizes, or weighing under 200lbs.

On another note, I have gotten the impression that your feet shrink as well?

That sucks, cuz I have close to 90 pair of shoes!

I can wear any size 12 pants now at 182 and 5'6"

I wore a 14 when I hit one-derland

I starter in a 22/24 at 285

My "goal size" is a 7/8 -what weight do you guys think that would be? When I was MUCH much younger I was in a 5 at 138 lbs., I'm not ever planning to be that small again

Wow, this really helped me because I'm having such issues with my weight loss and visualizing sizes.

I just dipped below 250 (it's not thin but is nice to say I'm 247!) and I'm in an 18. I have already bought a size 16 and I'm hoping to get into that by Christmas. My tops are either an XL or 1X. The weight loss has slowed and I don't wear anything too tight, but I think every 20lbs or so for me is another size.

I actually had no idea there was a difference between 16W and 16. My husband purchased a pair of 16 and they barely fit. I guess it's the hips. BTW I'm about 223 now (no scale in house)

current is some where between 175 and 180, size 12 -14 very comfortable. Medium top.

Was XL pants and XXL top size 8 shoe

shoe, 8 before surgery. 7 1/2 wide now just 7 1/2 I was a 6 and a half before gaining weight so I can't to see where this leaves me.

I started at 250 - size 22-24

Now 133 size 8

Funny how we can weigh the same but take different sizes.

I do not have one pair of shoes that fit properly! I have no idea what my real shoe size is! I actually think I might have a narrow width... It is hard to find them in a store to try on. But shopping in the "normal" section is a wonderful experience!

Love the avatar--I got it for the husband last year for Christmas as a plush toy (had to get it from eBay UK)

Back on subject--my 5'2" sisters, I think we are screwed!!! We have to get much smaller to get much smaller pants

I say we revolt!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
