Has anybody had this happen? Anybody? Is anybody out there?

But, my friend told me her doctor's nurse told her to tell somebody that you can't shower if you have the band. And I'm new. Will somebody please respond? I just don't know what to do. I haven't been banded yet but I think I'll get de-banded tomorrow. So, can you shower if you're bandededed?

Okay, you can shower. But you CAN'T get your stomach wet (incisions, of course), and you can't use your detachable shower head... down there... Even if you have the pulse setting. DO NOT DO IT!!

PLAIN??? Uh, did you wake up in a tub full of ice? And are you sure you have both your kidneys??

So, what's a kidney weigh, anyway? Just think, a little drink, a little prick (needle, not Plain), wake up x-pounds lighter. I think it's a good deal. Do you have to go to MX tho? I don't speak nothing but English good so I'd be scared. Yeah, I know...ask my doctor on Monday....

Just don't eat or drink anything Plain gives you and you'll be fine.

And get your water in.

And ask your doctor.

And leave the possums alone.

Of course you can shower silly! You just can't play in the pool! Sux to be you!

Ktork I am a nurse I can help you.

You are dehydrated.

Go drink a bunch of gatorade.

And ask your doctor.

If I cry a tear drop in my spoon and drink it, will that be okay?

I can think of other things that might be better
