Wow Jamie! That is a lot of weight in a little over a month! Wonderful how quick it is coming off. Check out my site....Absolutely best Protein shakes...the are really good and I was taught how to make them by a trainer when I was on vacation and I actually lost weight! Lol! Hey all, been awhile since I have been on the site. My anniversary was Aug 15 I am still only down 55lbs but I will take it. I have been slacking in the gym as well, havent been in a few months, I was travelng a lot. I also havent had a fill since March. I still have problems with eating, I have a pb episode at least once a day. So how is everyone else doing?
