It's that time again lol - Monday morning in Oz, so here goes.

Oct 10 - 88.7kgs/195.5lbs

So down 1.2kgs/2.6lbs this week...

Oh my gosh, it's just hanging on!!! I promise I saw 193.4 on Saturday. SIGH.

10/10 weigh in: 246.5

I should be more excited about my 3.5 lb loss, but I was down to 243.5 a few days ago. pizza, why must you taste so good?... Have a great week everyone! :P

Wasn't able to post last week :P - sick child that ended up being hospitalized (she is much better now), However (drum roll please) the scale finally moved! Current weight is 306!!! Yeah! finally back to losing.

I just spent the last few minutes reading this thread and seeing how well everyone is doing. Way to go!

The scales have moved a little more in my favor this week. I'm at 239.5.

HEY guys! Im sorry I missed weigh in on Sunday...my computer went kaplewy on me...IM BACK NOW...and guess what guess what guess what! I am off the plateau!! HIP HIP HOORAY!!!

10/9 weight = 221!!! Thats a two pound drop from last week! eeeha GOD BLESS FILLS AND EXERCISE...whoa bless exercise, what??? I gotta tell ya...I have been busting my butt at the Haunted House...and the sweat has been flowing, and that is what helped me im sure of it!!! Next weigh in should be interesting!!!

Everyone is doing sooo good on this challenge. I dunno if I will make my goal of 20 pounds...but it sure has been intersting soo far!!!

Hey All,

I haven't been able to post updates because we were caught up in RITA and have just returned home.

I weighed 340 this morning, that's -7 since I last posted and -10 so far in the challenge.

I am looking forward to catching up on all the posts I've missed! :D

Shoot. I fogot to change my ticker and post my 1# loss this Monday. I was bummed it wasn't at least 2. I know, shame on me for being so impatient. But really, I've been working like a DOG. I really want to be able to fit into a dress I have picked out for my bro's wedding 10/29 and 1# a week just isn't gonna do it.

Right now I'm working out almost 2 hours a day (mostly aerobics) and eating way under 1,000. Hopefully, the loss will show up next Monday!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
