WHOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO BG!!!!!!! So happy for you!

I've been to two funerals in the last 6 days. I didn't weigh in on Friday, simply forgot. Then I snacked way too much. But not as much as I would've before learning to "work" my band. Anyhow I'm up 3 lbs right now, but I hope to be down by next week with addtional loss. Of course I have 2 parties this weekend to attend. Both are drinking events with tons of bad food. I must be strong!!!

Yea!!! I'm at 221 today. That means I lost the 3.5 I gained last week and an additional 1.5. I purposely did not exercise yesterday as I thought that might have been my problem last week. Listen to me I'm grasping at straws.

Ok, I've changed my ticker to reflect 262, which would be a 4 lb loss. But I'm a bit nervous that my scale is having issues. It was taking a super long time to give my weight. Then it gave me 262.3. So I tried it again and it gave me 265.4. I stepped on again (Yes, again :smile2: ) and it listed 262.3. So I'm sticking with that and hoping that it is confirmed in the next couple days.

Morning. I gained again this week. 223.5 (up 1.5) I'm getting really annoyed. I go to the Dr. Thursday. Do not want a fill. I need to get in more calories. Exercising like crazy. (Didn't change my ticker)

Hope everyone else is well.

Tryng to refocus again...I'm still about the same as where I was 3 weeks ago...my body just wants to stay at about 160 (I only saw goal for one day...sigh). I'm wondering if this is a mental thing as well; 160 is the lowest I've ever been able to diet down to before (many moons, and many many diets and pounds ago) so it's how I set my goal as I know I had some excess weight at 160...also having just under that as a goal am I just 'happy with where I am' unconsciously? Trust me...my bum and thighs have plenty of excess weight still. This journey is always a mystery. Hmmm.

"I'm so excited". I lost the 2.5 I gained back last week plus 3.5 more. I'm finally out of the 20's. 217.5 this morning.

I'm hoping to have 100 lbs off by vacation in April.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
