Michelle~ I hear ya! I have been stuck in a rut. My band is nice and tight, having good restriction, but I am just not moving down the scale!

Still at 193 and holding!

I too don't think I'll get to goal this challenge, but will try my best. I only have 2 and a half weeks to get there, and with my injured inner thigh muscle, I don't know how I'll go.

Start: 158.4lbs

Now: 153.3lbs

Lost: 5.2lbs

To go: 3.3lbs

ktork, I hope the plateau breaks for you soon! It's the most frustrating thing to do all the right things but not see that the numbers on those scales are moving down!

Heartfire, I hope you feel better soon. You've been ill for ages!

Thanks, Lellow. Been working on getting rid of this garbage since I caught it the first weekend of February! Now my right ear is involved. I just can't win right now! LOL!

I think all (most) of us are having problems right now. Don't know if it's weather, plateau time, moon cycle, placement of the earth/sun, atmospheric or what! LOL!

I'm supposed to go see my surgeon (on the 25th) to get the .25cc back that he took out at the end of February. I sure can EAT right now but I'm afraid to get filled again if I'm still sick (that was scary!). Think I'll see what this next weekend looks like. I can always leave a cancel message over the weekend.

I thought I had previously posted that I wanted to do this but I can't find it. I am really no good at the forum/group stuff.

My current weight is 229.

My Easter goal is 225.

I actually hope to make it before Easter because my reward for 225 is a professional haircut and color.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
