I have lost 200 lbs and I did it very slowly. I work out drink tons of Water and my genetics have left with me with tons of excess skin.

I had a Tummy Tuck in October. I am planning to get a breast and arm lift, also I need a inner thigh lift. I am one of the unfortunate cases.

It is hard for me to deal with what I look like under my clothes, but at a size healthy I love my life so much more. I had planned for the need for a breast lift and tummy tuck, but not everything else. The hardest thing however, is intimacy. It is a whole different type of insecurity now.

I've yoyo'ed so much I already had a jelly roll, and now that I'm 35 lbs out, it's really saggy and I can't wait to get it cut off. My bat wings have always been bad as well, and actually bug me more than my stomach or thighs.

My jelly roll hangs and gives me a heat/yeast rash constantly, and I've been told there is nothing that can be done until after I have kids since it'd be a waste of money. *lol* So I'm having to wait until then, as much as I hate it.

I'm going to need an arm lift and an inner thigh thift for sure. the rest I could go without doing. but the loose skin drives me NUTS!!!! My friends want to go swimming and I'm so nervous to go because my legs look horrible! the loose skin looks like celulite x100. hahahaha but I did already buy a swimsuit and plan on showing off my new body with or without the extra skin!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
