I dont think I am going to be able to drop 4 pounds in a week and a half at this point. I feel pretty good about that though, I think i can get within 2 pounds of it. It is not like I am crying into my steel-cut oatmeal about it I am super pleased all in all!

Hi all: I've been stuck for a week and FINALLY got my TOM with a vengeance today so I have a change to make it. I get tighter at this time of month and usually drop a few with Water weight. Don't know if I will do 5 pounds in a week as that is almost unheard of for me on the band, but if I can do it any time it is in the spring exercising compared with a monster period. Just five more.

Others have looked for a new challenge as they have liked this one so much. There is a July 4th challenge, but I agree there might be an intermediate chanllenge that can keep us focused. I have really liked this one; love the chart. Nick

I may not make the 200 lbs I hoped for, but I am very happy with the progress, at 210! Clothes are fitting sooooo much better, all those pants that I bought at a size 16 and some 14's (so long ago), well, they fit pretty darn good, some loose! Happy with the April'Fools weight loss. I will try for 205 by the date!:frown: Good luck to us all, it's getting close to showdown:tt2:

pvtash, You have still lost weight- that's the important part. Any loss is a win!!.and the non scale victories( i.e looser clothes) are often more thrilling than the scale!! I had to be reminded the weight loss will eventually average 1# /week. So you are doing fine!!

I've lost 8lbs and I'm thrilled about it, but will not be able to make my goal. Oh well, I'm super happy with my loss to date and have started a May challenge as well. PS..I'm down for the donut challenge :rolleyes2:

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
