Ok so 8 years out I haven't gained it all back but too much for sure. Getting back on the program!

I would like to try too. Starting weight is 193 and goal is 179.

Ditto on the Happy Bandiversary Kimaly. I am happy to report that I have been off insulin for about four months and many health related issues of being heavy have disappeared for me, not the least of which is the diabetes though I still stick to the low carb diet. I was able to drop 75 but then 10 or so gradually slid back on so it is a constant battle for me too to keep to a single digit dress size and a low BMI. Never sorry I did it, but the skin is looser than I would like. Still working it. I find I do better when I watch this websight. Thanks to all of you for that. Even if I'm watching you incognito, you've helped me so much.

Yeah Shrinknme, you are getting close. I have lost about 70 or over 33 percent of my weight. People don't recognize me. I'm still battling type one diabetes (though my weight caused type 2, I was actually a late blooming one), but have never regretted the journey. BMI is normal, going on low normal. All clothes need to be replaced. Feel so much better and this likely saved my life. Best to all of you.

I always have my fills and unfill through flour and it is still not right. So I think you can't always tell that way either. Called another doctor to see if they could get me in sooner than Nov. 16 (actual appt. thought it was the 5th) they wanted $450 for consult with a fill and then after that $385 per fill or unfill!!!!!!!!!!! I am trying to find some one else. I am in the Kansas City area will travel some if any one knows another place to go. Joiful: WTLSC in Overland Park offers $250 fills. Hi Butterflies! Things have been really good for me with the band. I am in single digit clothes again for the first time in 10 -11 years. I have been buying replacements at the consignment stores as I haven't finished quite yet. I am "normal" BMI, and still a month to go.
