Candra texted me, @ 8:02, Nicolie went in for surgery...should be hearing anytime how she did. She was excited last night, as she picked up her mom from the airport, boyfriend Robbie and CAndra are there with her!

Several family & friends were asking how Sat was, and I could not say enough about it, even showing off our pics!

Woohoo...Pat & Nicolie...u rockin our new year!

Hey don't forget about me!! I was banded 1/20!! LOL.

So today hasnt been a good day for me, just alittle down for some reason and I am unsure why, but it led me to cheat of course. But I will stop calling it cheating, because I am not dieting, I am living different. I will call it a slip up.

Breakfast - Grande Skinny Latte

Lunch - 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and gravy

Slip ups - mini cupcake my mom made (About the size of my thumb), and approx 6-7 of my babies fries.

Dinner - will be chicken pureed with gravy

last night I did turkey for dinner, and got 15 mins of walking and was down 1 lb this morning, so I want to increase my protien for sure.

Pat ~ I got the trader joes black bean Soup today, I will have that tomorrow morning for Breakfast. I forgot how many pre made meats and gravys they have, I got some rosemary chicken, and some slow roasted pork cooked in BBQ Sauce. All less then 4 grams sugar, and I grabbed some Trader Gravy

Hi everyone!! Just got home from Richmond. Im doing good, gas pain is a little buggin but other than that im good. I had a great staff with me today!! So yeah Im on the band side.. I weighed in this am at 217 so 8 lbs under goal WOO HOO... Doc Who came in after and I asked him how many cc's are in my band and he said more than 5...I lost a good amount of weight before so he put more in I guess. He said I need to stay on liquids a little longer than normal too.

Thank you so much for all the well wishes and thoughts. I love you guys!!!

Candra thanks sooooo much for being there, you sure made it a lot easier to just walk in there like nothin...I was crackin jokes the whole time with the staff lol...

Anyways, Im gunna go take a nap, im still a little loopy. Wanted to say hi and update. Hope everyone is having a great day!!!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
