I might be at my sweet spot. I hate to say it to loud though cause my restriction will be gone if I get to confident!!

But seriously barely eating today. I get full on on 1/4 cup. Really full and the thought of another bit is enough to make me nasaeus. Like Thanksgiving full...........I have never had this before. 5 wheat thin, 1/4 cup of soup...........even my beloved Vitamin Water is making me to full. I have to only drink 1/2 of one every 1/2 hour of so............

I can get Water down but I did 64 today not my regular 120. I don't think my pouch can do 120 anymore......

So I am happy with the restriction. Tight for sure. I did worry a couple of times today that I wasn't eating enough case a couple of days ago I for sure could eat more......but I think this is the sweet spot. Only thing is I felt bad for the food on the plate I could even bite.............LOL.

I have to count my calories tonight but Soup for lunch, two bites of salad but that was all I could handle, raspberries....ok, ok I ate the whole carton over 8 hours.....16 ounces so that might kille me................i could eat about 8 at time than full...........back 20 minutes later another 8...........cheating the band I guess but at least I didn't drink anything.........

Tonight 5 wheat thins and so , so, so done..................I need to drink water but way to full for now...........

ok so is this the sweet spot? Not thinking about food at all cause OMG I am way to full the last thing I want if food or to think about it!!

maybe 6cc's is the magic number??? LOL

Hi ladies,

goodness chatty lol.

So i have told another friend i have band, and because she was in TEARS over her weight and was thinking of rny. This woman seriously barely eats so i told her to go for band not rny or she will get sick.. She said i made her day lol.

Went to another food party got some cheese mix and ranch dip, saw Candi, boy that girl is lookin so skinny:) I told her to come on here more often...

SSOOO my fill lets see here, I am TIGHT in the morning and lunch, like so tight lets see i tried having a biscuit, and after one bite i knew i was done with that so stuck with scrambled eggs and gravy yummy.. Then lunch about 6 hrs later we went to Sizzler for lunch, ok i was soo good got a TINY salad like you know their square plates i had 1/4 of it of a salad if that, then i got the crab salad (protein) and some of the taco meat stringy kind, and a chicken leg.. then a bowl of clam chowder...... (slider brain yuckie) ok well i had my plate first salad fine, THE chicken ok im eating it eating it then all of a sudden im like i dont feel to hot... im debating on drinking water.. but i did, and it all went down just fine. BUT, it was enough to the point of i stoped. No pbing or sliming or anything just discomfort and i cant eat during it....

THEN COMES THE WILD TREE PARTY! OMG i could eat it all, ask candi lol, the bread Pasta rice no issues:( I did get an upset stomach but not band related. So i Hope im at my sweet spot, but as i told mike i never wanted to not be able to eat... and if thats the case i want a slight unfil so we will see.

So my meal sizes are between 1/4-1/3 its all i can get down... drinks to fill me.. uncomfortably... AND im full for 5-6 hrs between each meal. BOY do i hope it lasts.. but i hope it loosens.....

Ok girls well im gonna bring wild tree tomorrow so whoever is there can get it:D YAY:)

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
