Fill monday , lots 7lbs by friday... this normal?

SO yeah.... Had a fill on monday my 1st one for 1cc. Now its friday an im down 7 lbs and im eatting 2 oz ( 1/4 cup ) every 5 hours about. If i eat sooner then 5 hours it sucks. Does this happen to most ppl? And how long does the weight keep coming off like this? Thanks ahead!

Boy do I envy you! The rate of loss has a lot to do with your current weight and what the dr is comfortable with. I weigh about 184 now and the dr says if I lose more than 2 pounds a week I will get loosened. It's due to my structure, weight and his comfort zone.

Hi Jessica, that is rather fast but 1/4 to 1/2 cup is normal good restriction. If you continue to lose at that speed I would get a slight unfill of .3 so you may eat 1/2 to 1 cup of food. You may be one of the lucky ones that still loses 1-2 lbs per week on 1 cup which is good. I would monitor your progress with your doctor and adjust accordingly. Good job.
