Can anyone recommend a good exercise DVD?

Recommended Posts

If you have Fit TV they have some great All-Star Workouts you can record. I like the dance ones but they also have yoga & more cardio ones.

I'm tempted to buy a few striptease or burlesque DVDs just to mix it up a bit. I tend to have a very short attention span, exercise-wise so I need variety.

I actually love Richard Simmions. He can be annoying but the music and the dances are really fun and you can push yourself really hard or take it slow. My faviortes are Dance your pants off, Sweatin to the Oldies 3, and Groovin in the House. You won't be bored I promise and they are good for beginers and intermediate exersisers.

I know this is an old thread, but wanted to throw in a vote for T-Tapp and the Firm. I'm starting up the Firm again this week. Haven't done it since WAY before the band. Wish me luck! LOL

I love Fit TV also on cable. You get so many different types of workouts and then can record/buy the ones that you like.

I love Caribbean WorkOut Aerobics...used to love to dance so I feel like I am dancing. It's amazing how fast your body picks it up. The first week I could only do a few minutes before resting. By the 3rd week I could do the whole program and go on to Gilad, who was on next and do part of his show. And I am in my early 50's.

Has anyone tried the new Biggest Loser Boot Camp DVD. I pre-ordered mine a couple of weeks ago on eBay, but haven't received it yet.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
