Dr. John Bagnato - Labor Day Challenge

Well I have nothing to update. Its now been 3 weeks with no change. I'm so tired of this plateau, but its not the first one I've struggled through. They usually last about 3 weeks with me so I'm really, really hoping that I'm close to the end of it.

I haven't updated in forever since the scale hasn't budged. It finally moved a pound! I will be shocked if I actually make this labor day goal, but I guess any progress is good!

I'm still not updating. I get my fill on Thursday. I hope I'll have a small loss :-) there's no way I'll lose 15 pounds by Labor day. I'm shooting for five more!

I'm updating, I know I can't make it before next weekend, but at least I'll be close. There's no way I can loose 4 pounds in a week. I have 17 pounds to goal and I think it'll take as long to loose those 17 as it did to reach the first 60.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
