Fill question

Recommended Posts

I had my first fill yeterday, I can't tell how the restriction is cause doc told me to stay on liquids for 2 days, then mush ect.

I have a problem though.. I am starving.. when I get hungry I get nausea.. has anyone went back to mush(yogart) before the 2nd day was up?

well i was filled monday and for dinner i ate cream of chicken Soup with cheese added to make it thicker! i ate the whole can!!! i am still not restricted!!! i ate Soup all day tuesday and wednesday ate refried Beans with cheese and chicken. thursday i had eggsalad for lunch and dinner ... 6" VEGGIE SUB yikes what was i thinking... i could tell i wasnt having any restriction though and i toasted the heck out of the bread! i was able to eat the whole thing in 30-45 minutes. still no pb or vomit.

i would do a pureed soup tonight and tommorrow and then move to more soft foods.

i thought you got filled today... you could do a THICK Soup pureed today and tommorrow move to mush foods. you may be swollen and eating something to thick could get stuck.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
