So you're saying it's my 150 pounds worth of mutt doing the trick and I can ditch the weights? I have a 100 pounder that pulls one way, and a 50 pound muscle-packed Pit-bull pulling the other way. It's like riding a team of horses, so I have to get a good rhythm going or we get all tangled up.

Yeah, forget those weights! Just remember to switch hands every so often so you don't get lopsided from the 100 vs. 50 lb. dogs.

Now if I could just figure a way to hitch up the pup to work my abs. . . but every time I get on the floor to do sit-ups, she thinks it's a big game and starts licking my face!
