WooHoo!!! I lost 8 lbs in the last 3 wks since my first fill. That makes me 1/2 way to my goal! My second fill went MUCHO better this morning. He only stuck me twice! It was up closer to my port scar from my belly button than it was last time!

Let's keep up all the losing! Its great to be a loser!

After losing zero last week, I had a GREAT week this week! I lost 5.5 pounds, obviously something was going on last week and it finally let it all go this week. It just goes to show that you can't get depressed when the scale doesn't move even though you are doing everything right. Eventually, it will!!

I am just so amazed with the weight loss that you guys have! Of course that's why I also joined the slow losers forum. I have been sticking to plan but I know I need to move more! I'm like a bear in winter, I hibernate.

One pound down for me this week.

Okay, Cindy, what are you nipping? :) If y'all don't mind, I revised the table to include the mini-goal, as in the original challenge. And I guess we all know it's for 1/24, then 2/24. :frown:

I was out on business too for a week and couldn't eat the best either. I had some Chinese food twice. That was pretty healthy. When I had fast food I would get the Breakfast burritos at McD's. They are not too bad. Those darned hash browns were irresistible though. I had mexican food one night and it turned out to be fairly healthy except for the chips! At that point I was able to eat about 1/3 of what I was able to pre-op. I just had my second fill on wed. morning and just had some solid food for the first time tonight. It went just fine. I did not drink with my meal and I feel pretty good. WE will see how it goes in a couple weeks... I will probably need more fill though.

Don't beat yourself up though. We all have challenging times and we can overcome them. Let's all just keep our eyes on the goal! there will be some bumps in the road here and there but it is the end result we are looking for!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
