Alright. I’m game to the sugar free syrups. What are your favorites and combos you guys like to use? Anyone have a place with good prices?

I use Walden Farms products. They are usually zero carbs and barely any calories and the syrups are awesome. I can usually find most of what I use in grocery stores, but I have ordered online when I can't find something. Right now I have strawberry, carmel and chocolate syrups , maple and bacon flavored Salad Dressing and I tried Peanut Butter spread ( not too good but now I know ) Here's the link to their website so you can see all the products they sell.

Jordan's Skinny syrups. I get them at TJ Max for $3.99 for a large bottle 25.2 oz. Amazon has them but cost quite a bit more. I like any of the caramels, but my fav is vanilla Caramel. To me it tastes like it actually has cream in it! My granddaughter like the Dragon fruit Acai mixed with Sprite or 7Up. WORD OF CAUTION- It is really easy to over do it! Jordan's Skinny Syrups are strong in flavor. Add just a little, maybe a teaspoon or two until you get what you want. It's not like regular coffee additives where you pour a huge amount to even get a taste.

Ditto to all of this. I find them at Home Goods and Ross occasionally, too. I like the Jordan's MUCH better than other brands, and they have tons of flavors. The only ones I've found that I don't like are the "mocha" type flavors - anything with chocolate. They are just a little funky to me.

It looks like the skinny Syrup website has combo deals. But they are still very pricey. Hopefully someone on TikTok advertises a discount code soon. I will stop by a few stores today to see if I spot any. Thanks everyone!

Jordan's Skinny syrups are my favorite, I wait for sales or get them at TJ Maxx, I love the peach with just Water or tea. Salted Caramel for my coffees. But even my kids use so many of them.

Correction to my comment - My fav is Vanilla Caramel Creme. I left off the word Creme. It's the one that taste like it already has cream in it. Agree about the mocha, not to my taste. The CHAI is good, too.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
