Are you on regular food? I can’t remember if I was at one month but if so Hershey’s makes zero sugar candy bars that taste exactly the same to me. And one serving is FOUR little bars so if you eat just one it’s not bad calorie wise. It’s of course not on plan because it’s empty calories so I shouldn’t recommend it but i had them. I figured if it’s this or the real thing this is a better option. Just make sure the first time you have it at home cause the artificial Sweetener (I think it’s called malitol) acts like a laxative for some people. Another option would be Quest candy bites. They caramel one is really good and at least that has some Protein in it so it’s more on plan. The only problem Is they don’t seem to carry them in stores (at least not near me) but they sell them on Amazon and they are very tasty little treats. The Hershey’s brand candy bars they sell at Walmart.

sugar free pudding and Jello are good early on. The Jello pistachio is probably the best flavor. I don't like sweets but my husband loves them so after that phase, I gave them to him and he said it tasted great. No after taste.

Lololol...sad but true.. make sure you have probiotics in your diet daily. It helps your b m not have the horrible odor since we do not have the duodenum. I don't understand why they take that part out but they shouldn't leave it. Everything you eat and you can smell. But when you get back to normal eating it is off the chain.

I had surgery on September 27th and I am one of the very blessed ones that have had no pain to speak of besides a couple days of gas pain. I have lost 9 lb since surgery, and I am feeling a little like I should have lost more by now. Is that realistic? Or am I being too fussy?

Are you on meds for reflux? If not you should be at this point. If you are already on reflux meds get in touch with your surgeon asap as this is not normal. If fact i would be getting in touch with the surgeon either way. I hope your issue is resolved and you feel better soon
