How did y’all get past your first stall. My surgery was June first went from 318 and today I am 258 I been here a week.

Just give it time and it will pass.

Just stick to your program, stay off the scale for a few days if you need to, and know that it'll eventually break and you'll be on your way again. I never did anything different - I just continued to follow my program.

My first stall was week one I was still on clear liquid only!!! and the scale didn’t move for 4 days!! and I lose weight FAST at the beginning no matter what I try. I was like, what the heck? That scale is such a jerk!
