Well I had surgery June first 2021 and it’s not august I’ve hit my first real stall. I was 318 June first and now I’m 258 and been here for a week. Time to up the cardio a bit
The problem is you’re still eating starches, and foods that on my sleeve surgery nutritional guide lines aren’t approved for 6 months. You’re right it is will power a lot of the time. The surgery should make it so you feel full faster. It’s not the most popular bit of advice but you need to change the way you are if you don’t like protein… learn to like it.
I’m 6’3” I went in June first 2021 at 318# and today I am 258. I stalled at around 265 for about a week. Just start walking more and the stall with pass.

I’m managing between 500-700 calories per day, I work a physically demanding job outside and 2 things
I’ve stalled in weight loss
I have zero energy all I want to do is sleep
Side note everything makes me want to throw up from water to veggies
