First stall

Well I had surgery June first 2021 and it’s not august I’ve hit my first real stall. I was 318 June first and now I’m 258 and been here for a week. Time to up the cardio a bit

I never changed a thing I was doing (why stress my body more) & I always started to lose again. You will too.

I never changed anything. Just stuck to my plan and stayed off the scale for a few days. Stalls happen. They'll eventually break and you'll be on your way again.

You have lost 50 pounds in 2 months! Congratulations! Yep, your body just needs to take a minute to “catch up.” Just keep doing what you have been doing (presumably following your plan) and the stall will break. ?
