Need bra/panties for Boudoir session

Recommended Posts

For my 53rd birthday my husband bought me a boudoir session through Susan Page Studios as a reward for losing so much weight. I am looking for a tasteful set of bra and panties in black or maybe a pretty dark blue for the shoot. The problem is the loose skin left in the pubic area. I am currently a 36D or 36DD bra and roughly a size 10 pant. I carried all of my weight in my belly. I am 146 pounds and 5'4" so still have a bit of a stomach roll. They suggest no thongs and something more like cheekies, lacies, hipsters or boy shorts. The shoot is July 22nd so I have a little time. I will bring 5-6 outfits and shoot in 3-4 outfits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to buy a tasteful bra/panty set that provides a little extra coverage in the nether regions but is still a little sexy. I wouldn't mind a bra that provides a little lift. At this age and with the weight loss the girls can use a little help.

Has anyone else done one of the boudoir sessions? If so, did you have fun?

My daughter works for a boudoir photographer, they usually suggest Adore Me as a good website to check out.

I think I'm getting old - I've never even heard of boudoir photography. I just googled it - looks like this is kind of a big thing nowadays...

Hi there! I did a boudoir session a few years ago and had a blast! I would definitely recommend something with a little extra coverage in the nether regions - you don't want to worry about that during your shoot! I think a black or dark blue set would be beautiful and tasteful. Regarding where to buy something like that, I would recommend looking at some online lingerie stores. Also, this review of kaia gerber mesh underwear might be handy. You can try them. They suit me well, and that's what I like to wear at the moment. They usually offer a nice selection of items that would work well for a boudoir shoot. Good luck, and have fun!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
