my doctor has dictated which brand to use the whole time. I am currently on my 2 week liquid diet and using Pure Protein, but I only use 1/2 scoop in 8 oz of unsweetened Almond milk twice a day and a full scoop with 8 oz of unsweetened Almond milk two more times a day, making it 4 shakes a day. Have to drink them so they last for a 2 hour period each, and have a 1 hour timespan between each one.

At first I ordered the bariatric fission powder to make my own shakes. They were fine but without the blender and ice they are gross so I switched to the pre mixed premiere protein for when I'm at work. Most of the flavors have been ok, salted caramel the best so far because the little taste of salt goes a long way when all you are doing is drinking sweet protein shakes and eating sweet jello and Popsicles
