Yeah.. and I'm still waiting to hear from a dietician too.

Are you insulin dependent diabetic? I think this changes the game. I’m on an insulin pump, and the intermittent fasting doesn’t work well for me because of this. By 9-10am, my BS is in the 60’s and I need to eat. It’s annoying!

I would definitely check with your doctor about what would be the right fit diet wise. Especially since you need to lose 20lbs, (which you will!!!) but they can keep you on track for success!

As a diabetic, I’ve always found low carb to be my key. Now if I actually ate low carb for my life, I wouldn’t be overweight. A few of my friends who are also on pumps (but not really overweight) struggle with the same issues.

you got this!!!!

I'm just on 1000 mg metformin in the mornings and then again at night. So many new things to get used to just to lose this weight.. and to learn. Have you had a bypass done already?

In fact, such excessive curiosity and craving for experiments is not always a good thing. It is because of the desire to be in the mainstream, because of the "hype", that nutrition plans and protocols that were used only for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and serious disorders in the body went beyond medical institutions. I made a special keto-diet for myself, downloaded the keto diet app on android to know what I ate and how the body reacts to the products. I will say right away that it is not really intended for weight loss. but it helps quite well for those who have high blood sugar

I have lost 28 lbs in 3.5 months just doing lower carb/higher Protein and eating 1400ish calories a day. No sketchy pills.
