Lightheaded

sleeved 9/6/19. I get lightheaded almost every time I get up. Other than that I am great. Does anyone else get lightheaded?

Yes. For me it's lack of fluids. Stand up slowly.

All the time. Sometimes, I think other people think I'm drunk.

@Gail521are you taking your vitamins? are you drinking your quota of water?

it's pretty common. It's most likely orthostatic hypotension. Just get up more slowly...

I get lightheaded in my workouts (boxing) when I have to get down for sit-ups or floorwork and then get back up again.

I used to get lightheaded halfway through any workout. my PA said to eat some fruit or something like applesauce before the workout for some quick energy. It actually helped.

Yup. Lightheaded when I get up. I have low blood pressure and low pulse. Make sure you're not dehydrated, and you may want to check your blood pressure.

In my experience light headedness has usually been due to dehydration

Yep I get it. I was sleeved 9/10/19. Doc said dehydrated. Not getting that though as I feel like I drink plenty of water

every day get up slow and get your fluids and protein
