Updates and Before and Afters

I would love to see some amazing before and afters or even the in the middles. This has been an amazing process and even with the bumps and bruises I would not change any of it!!! My lowest weight was 159 I stay between 159 and 165 which as a woman is kind of spot on which is something to Celebrate all by itself.
