But the pre-op diet isn't really that different from the post-op diet, depending on what your surgeon has you do. It's easy to be disciplined for just two weeks and you'll need to be disciplined and follow a plan for the rest of your life. You've got this, you can do it.

honestly, I found this to be the hardest part of the whole thing. Just white knuckle it. It's just for two weeks. It does get easier after about the third day. You can do it!!!
