if you are researching. This thread is not to discourage you. Many people lose weight, have no complications and keep weight off long term. I've never heard of the rice cream test to check stomach volume over time. Interested to know if anyone has ever done this and what kind of results they had.

Sounds kind of spacey on the surface, that was one of the evil slider things that was my pre-surgery downfalls. Breyers made few flavors I DIDN'T LIKE!

Many use cottage cheese to find the sensation of full and how much volume you can hold. Measure a cup of cottage cheese and eat until full. This will be your pouch food volume size

Knowing you can hold more food, you have to find ways to satisfy the extra volume and not go over your calories and macros

You won't find much regainers on here. IMO there is a giant selection bias on WLS boards.
