1 month journey

  • Popular Post

Today marks 4 weeks into my journey. 2 weeks of pre-op diet and 2 weeks after the surgery. I have now lost 31 lbs in 29 days. I am starting on the Pureed stage today and I am quite excited getting to eat real food again. I don't even mind if it is pureed because it is still food and not all liquids. The weight loss is slowing down to half a pound a day so not sure where this is going over the next few months but every pound lost is a victory!

Congrats[emoji1320]

AWESOME! Congrats on the weight lost! I'm on my 8th week. Yes, I remembered half a pound every day on the first month. Weight loss has slowed down for me now, about 2 pounds a week. I'm walking more and incorporating more physical activities also. There are days when I swear my scale is broken coz I'm doing everything I'm suppose to and 3 days later, scale won't budge. I think i'm just naturally an impatient person.

Good Luck.

Vitamins. Sip. Walk.

Yay!!!!?
