It takes time for your brain to catch up to your weight loss. It's a strange thing to adjust to your new smaller self.
Hello everyone, hope all is well I've been thinking about this topic for a few months now. I wonder if anyone who is losing the weight noticed that when shopping for clothes my mine is still thinking big sizes. Example, I go to buy a pair of jeans I go straight to sizes I used to be, like 16, then I find myself talking no your size is 2 then slowly I go over to the smallest size. I look at the clothes and still can't believe I'm that small now. Several times this happened to me ANYONE out there are going through eye adjustment on weight loss? Share your story.
