Check your potassium. I was in the ER yesterday with all the same things, plus high bp, high bs and a fever. I'm severely low and was barely having any energy for 4 days. I think the diarrhea caused all my problems. Good luck feeling better!

Your body's just been through some major trauma, so it's only natural that you'd have some anxiety and your body develop some nausea to fight against the trauma. You're going to be tired for about 6 weeks more than likely. Hang in there and give your body some time to recover.

Agreed that your body has been through so much more than a regular sleeve procedure. Try to have patience but it’s hard. I was given fast disssolving zofran Which goes under your tongue for one my nausea was preventing me from getting the fluids down and it did help me a lot. Maybe your doctor can order that for you

And I am hoping each day you get to feeling better after such a rough starts It just proves that we each have a path to follow and a journey instead of a sprint to the Finish Line. I am happy my path parallels so many nice people, it's nice to not have to do everything alone. Do what is necessary to be a success and remember you have us all on here to cheer you on!

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!
