Questions about weight-loss post op.

Hi there! I had my surgery on November 23rd, 2018 and I weighed 369lbs. As of today, I'm 295lbs. In total, I've lost 74lbs in 3 months. Is that the appropriate amount to be losing? Should I have lost more than that 3 months post op? I always feel like I could be doing better...any advice would be a huge help! Thanks!

Here's a comparison photo from the last 3 months. [emoji4] 20190228_183548.jpeg

Everyone will lose at different rates. Your pace will be perfect for you as long as you are healthy, consistent and happy. Consult your team to see where they would like you to be.

Thank-you so much! I'm trying really hard. [emoji24]

Seems like a good pace to me. Just don’t get discouraged when it starts to slow down, you won’t lose that quickly forever!

Congrats on your loss so far!

Oh my gosh, that's a LOT! Congrats! You're doing great!
