7) I love my indomitable spirit.

Didn't do my yoga last night but did some this morning and I have a free hour this afternoon so will do some then.

#7 - my faith in humanity. As cynical as I can be, I can't seem to shake my belief that most people are kind and capable of change.

B side - fav fruit is cherries, fav veggie is asparagus

March 7th:

I'm flexible & tenacious. I roll with the punches. I keep moving. I dont intend to let many things stop me. Some may slow me down or force me to rest and regroup but my eyes are always on goal... Whatever rhat maybe

7. What's not to love? [emoji12] One thing about myself that I love is that I'm a kickass mum. My girly adores me and tells me how fabulous I am, so it must be true.

I use fitbit. Also, I did do a bit of yoga...today's favorite was wide legged forward fold.

B-Side question:
What logging app does everyone use for food?
Baritastic. I had to install the apk outside of the Google play store because inexplicably it's not listed in Ireland [emoji849]

My bad habit is procrastination...I think it would be nice to do things as they arise instead of waiting until the last minute and freaking out. I've been working on it. It's usually related to something I don't want to do.

My bad habit, my son Tomkitten would say impetuousness, I say he lives on Someday Isle " oh Someday I'll do it, just not now when it's needed" biggest growl we have with each other!

  • Loving the yoga poses! Did the tree and warrior poses today. Felt really strong. Found myself doing some mindless munching on Protein crisps. I'm glad that I recognized what I was doing and stopped. They were to easy to eat, if that makes any sense to you.
  • A bad habit to break: Doubting myself. Am I going to be successful with my weight loss? Can I maintain the weight loss? As I get closer to goal , I'm getting nervous. I keep telling myself , one day at a time and breathe.

8. A bad habit I'd like to break is hitting the snooze button then rushing to get ready in the morning. I need to just go to bed 30-60 minutes early so I wake up refreshed.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
