Yeah I always hated push-ups where my Boobs hit the floor long before the rest of me. Felt like saying" Houston We Have a Problem Here!" And Downward Dog always meant a whole lot of Upward Rump to me! If I get locked into this position does my local EMTs haul me to the hospital in such a position?
Attention, we have middle-aged lady on board, bent at 60 degree angle, our assesment - Major Cramp. ETA 4 minutes or when we stop laughing! HCDFG, hardly can drive for giggling!📉Oopsie!

How are we all getting ready for the Summer that is almost here. Now that I am smaller, I am going to wear shorts more, always felt I would look foolish but my legs are coming back to their early adult-late teen size so I am going to be BRAVE this year. I know it is modest compared with all you planning 4Ks and such but sometimes you start with Baby Steps.

      I met with my surgeon on Friday.. I've completed all my tests and all my nutrition meetings as well as meeting the weight loss requirements for my insurance. We are officially submitting to insurance for approval and I was given a surgery date of January 16th 2020 (13 days before my birthday!) Fingers crossed all goes through

      Ok, now im getting old...my body gets me up at my normal 5am dog walk even when it's the weekend, vacation, and most importantly when I'm sick. So now that I have more energy, my body wants to make sure I suffer even longer during the day when I have a cold! Damn being healthy again! (:D)

      At my Primary Physician appt, the Doc said you know you lost a whole person. When you started seeing me you were 265lbs now you're 148lbs.
      She's right... I lost the fun me 😂 Joking Joking Joking. It's amazing who keeps track when you don't like insurance and browsers feeds
