Sadly, I'm not even cleaning, just prepping for the housekeeper. She can't vacuum when there are shoes and Amazon boxes scattered everywhere!

I used to have to threaten my kids to tidy up before the housekeepers came (every 2 weeks). Told the kids that the housekeepers had permission to throw away any toy found on the floor. That usually helped. Didn't do anything for the clothes on the floor though. Kids didn't care if they were thrown out. They'd rather run around naked anyway. We were known in the neighborhood as "that house at the end of the street with the naked children"!

Lol ummmm 😓 my kids are classified as my employees (jokingly at first) during the summer months for cleaning around the house, they receive payment by job description... I've seriously considered starting a real cleaning business they would run... But you know... Child labor laws...

Good morning! @GreenTealael Look what you are making me do! Next it will be kale! 😯:51_scream:

I give you breakfast: Matcha, Greek yogurt, Protein Drink, blueberries, almonds, poppy seeds (no chias), lemon fresh squeezed, vanilla liquid stevia.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
