How often do you weigh in?

I'm wondering how often everyone is weighing them selves?

I waited a week to look (this morning) after my surgery. I found the number exciting, but I know it wont always be this substantial. . .

Does getting on the scale daily/weekly/ect get anyone down?
Or do you find it motivating?

Is there a sweet spot frequency wise?

    Only at Doctor's appointments, I lose slowly and stall often. I'd go mad if I was weighing at home.

Every single day right after I wake up and use the restroom. (every ounce counts, LOL)

If I don't lose a pound, I try and adjust my workout accordingly for the day so I make sure and lose a pound the next day. My goal is to lose 15 pounds per month until I hit the big goal.
