Have y'all heard of CauliPower pizza? I live in Texas and they sell it in the freezer section down here (HEB). So if your wanting a pizza fix this one was pretty good. I could only eat a small slice but def gave me a pizza when having that urge. I want to send the pic of the box but it wants me to allow this website access to all my photos?!

@GreenTealael
Question for you...I'm still new to this website and trying to figure some stuff out still. How do you comment on a specific pic?

Can you order it that way? (I havent been to Jack in the Box in a long time!)

Yep, just ask for Protein style - no bun. (Sometimes you get Condiments, sometimes you don't)

Honestly, this is something I could and should do every time. I don't miss then bun. Although I love bread, fast foods Buns are pretty dry and tasteless. So this gives me everything I like in a burger, and I get more protein in with less total calories.

Back to life, back to reality... Y'all remember that song from the 90's right???

lemon Matcha yogurt with granola

and what before and Afters???

yeah. I don't have a ton of restriction or notification on fullness, but I do have some. I may have been eating past it but now I'm trying to pay closer attention to the little voice that says

"bihhh, you're done." 😎

That looks really good. What is Matcha? A brand of yogurt or something you added to it?

Matcha is a specially ground Japanese style green tea. If you remember watching Karate Kid II, its the tea used in the tea ceremony. It is said to be really beneficial to use. My previous PCP swore by it.

Does it taste good? Or is it like hemp powder which is horribly vile but good for you?

Burger bowl: lean ground beef with cheddar, carmelized onions, bacon, pickles, mustard, Tomato, onion, fresh jalapenos, lettuce with homemade sugar free thousand island. Delicious!!! For size reference, the meat mixture measures at 2oz on its own. I find I'm really more interested in veggies these days and my Protein consumption is taking a hit 😕

Also had to spit my last bite in the trash as I didn't realize I was full until it was already in my mouth. So glamorous!

Ooooh that looks very nom. Did you do anything to the ground beef when you cooked it apart from putting cheese on it?

My din dins tonight. Parsnip chips made in the airfryer (seasoned with a couple of sprays of rapeseed, salt, garlic and onion powder). The sauce is SF sweet chilli.

The bowl has chicken breast with Brussels sprouts, carrots, broccoli and mushroom, marinated in a bit of Nando's sauce. I baked them all together in the oven for half an hour. 20190108_005238.jpeg

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
