Missing kale salads lately, so I'm back to it.

Kale, strawberry raisins, boiled egg, roasted chicken, peanuts, spices hazelnut oil, Bragg's liquid aminos, lemon juice

This will be my only food choice for the day, its a big salad so I'll eat it until its done.

Also moving to a proper 20:4 intermittent fasting routine should be interesting...

Meal prepping again!!!

I'm soooooo lazy in the summer when it comes to cooking, I can't even explain it. I'd rather eat something already made that i dont even want than make something else. So I decided to stop buying nuts and Protein Bars (like I need them anyways😓) and just meal prep nonstop.

Basil BBQ glazed chicken

Basically same recipe as before

(Just the before cooking pic)

I made a pot of these and they were a hit and basically fell apart. So delicious!!!

Regrets, I have a few... didn’t chew part of this well enough and was up half the night getting sick. Ended up calling into work today due to exhaustion and dehydration from vomiting so much. 😒😒

Drinking liquids and going to rely on shakes to hit my goals to give my pouch a break today.

chicken parm in crockpot and zoodles! The whole family liked it. I ate all but about half the zoodles were left.

Looks great, are the zoodles home made?

This was one of the meals I began to realize soft bread is a slider food for me. This is way more food than I can normally eat.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
