Looking to buy a new scale. Can anyone provide me with reviews, pictures, where to buy, ect. of scales they recommend. I'm virtually clueless on what is out there. I'm completely comfortable with techy tho. Thanks!

I've got the FitBit Aria, links to my fitbit account, tracks body fat. Worth the money in my opinion simply because it does calculate weight and body fat AND outputs that to my fitbit account for graphing/tracking etc.

thank you! I have an I-watch, so I'm not sure if it's compatible. But that article seems to have some good options.

This one seems to work with Apple products

I have this one

https://smile.amazon.com/1byone-Bluetooth-Wireless-Bathroom-Visceral/dp/B01FHELB56/ref=sr_1_5_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1528217799&sr=8-5-spons&keywords=ASAKUKI+scale&psc=1

I like it mostly because it matches my bathroom! Other than that, I like that it logs my weight & body fat each day in the app, and the price was right.

I've added it to my Amazon cart! Thank you! The price can't be beat!

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
