Sex?

Since we are all grown ups here, how long after surgery should you wait to have sex? My doctor never said anything about it. Just curious. Lol.

We got kinda creative and sexlike activities happened fairly soon.

Well you are less than 72 hours away! May it be satisfying, smooth and enjoyable for you both. Missionary not necessarily, but do a little improvising, remember it's like riding a bicycle but a whole lot more fun??. Maybe not rockets?but sail smooothly into port⛵Have fun Kiss.

My doctor said 2 weeks.

My doctor said to play it by ear. Can be between 2 and 6 weeks.

Never really bothered yet and I'm 1 year post op. I was told 6 weeks but at 6 weeks my libido was nonexistent. Lol

We just got creative until my 6 weeks is up post-op.

My doctor said two weeks...we lasted one.

But fun is fun,no matter what the degree! ???

Are there any guys that can chime in on this? I am normally the one doing the "work" on top so wondering if this would be any different.

  • 2 weeks later...

I’m 51 and take estrogen and had sex this weekend (surgery 4/26). clearly my hormones were off. So from a surgery standpoint no issue but clearly stuff is not 100%.
