I hate it when people post just to post.....

....like when clearly the post has no relevance or adds no value to the OP's question or concern.

Like this:

OP Question: I am having trouble finding a good fish recipe I like...can anyone help?

Response: I hate fish! Fish makes me gag!

Can someone explain the purpose of this? I mean, if you don't like fish, then why dont you just move on to the next thread? Who really cares what makes you gag or not gag???? I know I don't.

  • well, i respectfully disagree. I don't think its acceptable to do it. I strongly dont think that its ok to do it, and i do not think that someone who's doctor didnt tell them about PB's who comes here

Nah, if ET had Sprint, there is no way he would have been able to phone home with their coverage.

Froggi, I am sorry for what happened to you in chat. Some people are just plain mean sometimes. No, plain, not referring to you, lol. Those are the ones that aren't worth our time anyways. I am not sure what they did, but you seem like darn good people to me and don't deserve that.

posting to post...

I still want a tattoo - nothing giagantic. I'm thinking ankle area...or when I eventually lose my apron one in my hip/stomach area.

I don't think I could pierce anything else on my body. The ears are enough. I had double piercings at one time and let them grow up.

When I came home with my first tattoo, my mother freaked. She said, "The body is a temple, how could you do that?"

I asked about her holes in ears, and how did she think God would feel about that? She was quiet after that, but every now and then she'll make some offsides comment about them.

I want more, but funds are preventing it. One place near here has a sign that says ladies free. I'm not sure what the quality would be of a "ladie's free" establishment, so I'm wary to try it.

I want a ho tag when I get thin...I don't CARE what the grandkids think when it's hanging to my knees.

Not a ho tag, its a tramp stamp ... hehehehh

See, I don't know that stuff!!!

I'm just not as cool....

i had a tramp stamp way before they were popular...

...as LJM!

:Angel_anim:

I've thought about a tramp stamp myself. DH loves the idea - I'm not real happy about that area of my body right now - too much mushroom top...but if I lose enough - hell yea!

Glouchester - I'm sure you'd get plenty of free "stuff" if you went to a Ladies Free Establishment. I don't think there'd be enough Sanitizer in the world to convince me to go there! (I'm a bit of a germaphobe)

I like ones on the back of the neck, too, but I try to get them (all 2 of 'em) in places that I can cover up. I do work in a professional environment, and despite the fact that EVERYONE has them now, I like to keep a low profile.

It was strange...I saw my boss in a casual setting with shorts and she has a tat on her ankle. I NEVER would have suspected!

I love em. I'd like piercings, too, but I tried one in my upper ear and it got nasty. I just couldn't stop that bumpy thing (keloid?) from happening. So, F it...I'll just get ink. :Angel_anim:

Me too Gloucester - I work in business as well. That's why I want them in the places I've chosen. I'd thought about one on my shoulder/back..but I like to wear sleeveless shirts/dresses in the summer and don't want to invite inappropriate comments. I work with people more vocal than I am (which is pretty bad - because I'm quite vocal). To me - like my band - a tat is personal and off limits to criticism.

Huh I'm lost. My insurance is bullshit and I want to murder them, they want me to get a ekg and breathing test, well no shit. But now they are saying if all my tests come back negative and I am healthy that having a BMI over 60 may not be enough for surgery and they won't pay...wtf is with that...stupid ass lame ass pieces of poo :Angel_anim:

Hang in there Froggi! Who'd you speak to? I'd speak to more than one representative. I got different answers from different people when I was trying to get my revision approved. I know it is an entire different situation though.
